Cascade, since succeeded by Devin Local, plans the change, edits across the relevant files, and runs the tests, and in our assessment it gets there cleanly on this kind of work. Compared with Cursor, the difference is a matter of degree: Cursor’s plan tends to be marginally sharper on the hardest edge cases. That’s the shape of the gap, and on most everyday work you would not notice it.
